To meet the demand for cut-to-length processing of heavier coils, our company has developed an upgraded solution that accommodates a broader range of product specifications and can be further customized to user requirements.

Key features of the system include large-scale equipment and a heavy-duty plate leveler, complemented by a robust hydraulic double-stand leveling machine. Multiple auxiliary and hydraulic mobile supports, a pinch-feed device, and large-diameter coil shearing equipment are incorporated to level and trim thicker coils effectively. The line is also configured with a double-head trimming machine and an edge winder to ensure precise four-edge trimming. These enhancements enable reliable leveling, trimming, cutting, and recoiling operations for higher-gauge steel coils, delivering consistent, high-quality results.
